Cheap drugstore cosmetics…what’s not to love?
August 19th, 2009I love cheap makeup and hair products that work just as well as their more expensive older sisters. That’s why when I saw Allure magazine’s recommendations for the best drugstore cosmetics, I ripped those pages right out. Here’s some of the products I intend to buy.
Ulta: Ulta has its own line of everything. I am interested in the Ulta Daily Mosturizer Face Glow, which is supposed to give a slight bronzing effect over several days of use. Perfect for maintaining my fading summer tan. $6.99
Ulta Color Restoring Glaze: This product adds enough hair color to brighten your color and add shine. $9.99
Rite Aid: I love perusing the aisles at Rite Aid. I always find a new product to try. Next visit I am purchasing Rite Aid Advanced Wrinkle Corrector for just $9.99. I am sick of spending a fortune on skin products that do nothing. This product is supposed to have a film-forming polymer that helps tighten skin temporarily and softens fine lines. I am all for that!
Tomorrow: More cheap products from Sally Beauty and Walmart.
